Asbury United Methodist Church, 1533 Springhouse Road, South Whitehall, is offering a “Resiliency in Relationships” workshop 9 a.m. to noon on Feb. 23.
Doors will open at 8:30 a.m. for light refreshments.
Resilience is a trait that provides courage and strength to push through difficult times in many situations in life.
Evaluating this important characteristic and how to build it into ourselves and into our relationships is vital to our growth and health.
Participants will explore the role of resiliency, attachment styles, stress, community, and conflict resolution in relationships.
Rachel Starmer, Asbury’s director of Congregational Care, and Bill Arnold will provide tools for understanding, exploring and improving relationships with others.
Registration and per person fee is due no later than Feb. 19.
To register, email Arnold at barnold@asburylv.org and mail a check made out to “Asbury UMC” (with “Relationship Seminar” in memo line) to 1533 Springhouse Road, Allentown, PA 18104.
