The department received a noise complaint at 429 Race St. Police issued a warning.

Public works was notified for a hazardous condition on Tioga Street.

A package was stolen on Cambridge Place.

At Sheckler Elementary School, 201 N. 14th St., police assisted a citizen regarding bags of yard waste.

An investigation is continuing for an assault that occurred in the 100 block of Front Street.

Officers assisted North Catasauqua police in the 1200 block of Howertown Road.

On Front Street, a domestic dispute over a vehicle occurred.

In the 500 block of Kurtz Street, a child custody dispute took place.

Police responded to a report of harassment via social media in the 200 block of Poplar Street.

Members of the department investigated a disturbance in the 200 block of Second Street.

Domestic issues occurred in the 300 block of Church Street, police said.

An abandoned vehicle was tagged and ticketed and the plate seized in the 500 block of Second Street.

JAN. 3

Officers assisted Pennsylvania State Police-Dublin with locating juveniles in the 300 block of Bridge Street.

A fight between family members occurred in the 900 block of Lenape Circle.

In the 200 block of Church Street, police conducted a welfare check for a sheriff serving a warrant.

In the 100 block of Bridge Street, a problem with a neighbor occurred.

Medication was reported stolen in the 100 block of Bridge Street.

Police investigated a child custody issue in the 400 block of Faith Drive.

In the 800 block of Race Street, a domestic dispute between a husband and wife occurred.

At Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., a dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend occurred.

A vehicle was stolen in the 100 block of Front Street.

At Catasauqua Middle School, 850 Pine St., a student was warned.

In the 400 block of Race Street, officers assisted the drug task force.

JAN. 5

A disturbance in the 200 block of Peach Street was reported.

A hit and run involving two vehicles occurred on Howertown Road.

In the 500 block of Front Street, a vehicle was stolen.

JAN. 6

A juvenile was reported missing from the 300 block of Bridge Street.

In the 300 block of Bridge Street, a vehicle was stolen. It was recovered.

An owner was warned when police investigated a noise complaint in the 100 block of Milton Street.

JAN. 7

A two-vehicle accident occurred on Pine Street.

Police responded to a juvenile complaint in the 100 block of Front Street. Officers returned students to school.

A stolen iPad was recovered at Catasauqua High School, 2500 W. Bullshead Road, Northampton.

Officers assisted juvenile probation in the 300 block of Bridge Street.

A reportable motor vehicle accident occurred in the 300 block of Race Street.

In the 300 block of Peach Street, members of the department investigated a parking complaint.
