LV MUSEUM:

The Lehigh Valley Heritage Museum, 432 W. Walnut St., Allentown, commemorates the birthday of civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. with a slide-lecture, 1 p.m. Jan. 21.

The slideshow program, “March to Freedom: The Legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr.,” uses historical images and accounts to explore King’s inspirational rise to historical prominence.
