A 20-year-old man, of Salisbury, has been charged with attempted theft from motor vehicle and loitering and prowling at night after being seen on security cameras trying door handles on vehicles in the 1000 block of Louise Lane 12:42 a.m. Dec. 27, 2018. The same man was charged with breaking into Hope UCC Church 1:53 a.m. Dec. 27, 2018 and was charged with burglary, criminal trespass and criminal mischief.

Tori Hunsicker, 27, of Wescosville, has been charged with alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest 7:55 p.m. Dec. 31, 2018.

A person left a Samsung Galaxy 7 cellphone in a bathroom at the South Mall, 3300 Lehigh St., 6:25 p.m. Dec. 20, 2018 and returned to find it gone. Two credit cards were also in the phone case and charges had been made to one card in the amount of $36. The cellphone was valued at $300.

A resident in the 1700 block of Summer Avenue reported 5:40 p.m. Dec. 21, 2018, an unknown person made charges of $167 on a credit card. The resident has the card.

A resident in the 1700 block of Cypress Avenue reported 1:45 p.m. Dec. 26, 2018, an unknown person make charges of $250 on a credit card.

An unknown person broke through the rear door of a building in the 1800 block of South Albert Street and removed two generators, tools, a jet heater and a motorcycle key. The burglary was reported 10:37 a.m. Dec. 26, 2018. The value of items removed is $2,500.
