ALLENTOWN
Allentown Public Library is offering an appetizing cookbook called “What’s Cooking at the Library: 100 Years of Good Taste.”
The centennial cookbook is priced to sell.
The spiral-bound book contains 344 recipes contributed by more than 30 library employees and families.
There also is an eclectic mix of handed-down family recipes, modern dishes and tried-and-true favorites, including German potato salad, chicken divan, pork barbecue and Moravian sugar cake.
All proceeds benefit the library.
