Godfrey’s debut: Amanda Anne Platt & The Honeycutters make their debut, 7 p.m. Jan. 13, at Godfrey Daniels, Bethlehem. The songs on the group’s third and latest album, “Amanda Anne Platt & The Honeycutters,” blend the band’s old-school country roots with folk and rock. Burns, baby, Burns: “Robert Burns: A Scottish Music Celebration,” 8 p.m. Jan. 12, Godfrey Daniels, Bethlehem, brings Lehigh Valley musicians and guests to the stage to celebrate the songs, poetry and spirit of Scotland’s favorite poet, Robert Burns. Performers include those from area groups, Blackwater, Piper’s Request, Banna Lach, as well as Alison and Tom Gillespie, Pam Kalapay, Terry Hartzell, Rick Weaver and Fred Gilmartin.
