CONTRIBUTED PHOTOWhitehall police are attempting to identify this person, who allegedly used stolen credit and debit cards. A wallet containing the cards was stolen Dec. 20, 2018, at Lehigh Valley Mall, and the cards were then used at several stores in the Lehigh Valley.
