Martin Luther King Jr. Day will be observed Jan. 21. We will be open our normal Monday hours, 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
Take some time to commemorate the life and work of the Civil Rights-era leader. King’s work was instrumental in helping African-Americans to secure their rights.

Game night will return 5-7 p.m. Jan. 28.
Thinking of a new game you would like to play? Bring your suggestions to a staff member. Scrabble and other game boards will be available for players of all levels.

Have you tried Libby yet? This is the updated version of our reading application, Overdrive, to access e-books and audiobooks.
If you have tried Libby, let us know if you find it’s an easier, more enjoyable experience.
Did you receive a Nook or Kindle for Christmas? Then stop by the library, and we can help you sign up for e-books. It’s simple and easy.

Pennsylvania Department of Revenue has informed us all paper tax forms, including PA-1000 Property Tax or Rent Rebate Claim, will no longer be available to order.
The department suggests taxpayers access all tax forms on its website, revenue.pa.gov. You will find information about filling out the forms and even filing online.
If you don’t have access to a computer or printer, we will print them for you for 25 cents a page. We must charge a small fee due to the paper and ink costs to us.
You will need a Coplay library card to use a computer.

We accept donations throughout the year for all our book sales. For your safety, please drop them off at the circulation desk during open hours: 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
Call the library at 610-262-7351 or see our website, coplaypubliclibrary.org, for donation guidelines. We can no longer accept VHS tapes, encyclopedias or textbooks.

While we will make every effort to be open during the winter months, your safety is our primary concern. You can check to see if we are open by keeping an eye on the WFMZ StormCenter. We do not charge fines for any days we are closed for weather. You can also check our Facebook page for weather updates and fun facts!

If you need of a copier, scanner or fax, make the library your first stop! In addition to faxing and scanning, our copier prints in color.
Use our computers or wireless access for your own devices - all you need is a valid Coplay library card.
If you are from outside the Whitehall-Coplay School District, simply bring your unexpired home library card and a valid form of ID, and we can issue you a card in a few minutes.
Copying, faxing and scanning do not require a card, but there are small fees for these services. The library does not have a credit or debit card reader, but we can make change and accept checks.
Check our website or call us for the costs.
