Officers assisted U.S. marshals with a male in the 700 block of Smith Lane.

A reportable accident, involving two vehicles, occurred in the 1500 block of Main Street.

In the 2100 block of Main Street, a red, white and blue rattan chair, a red, white and blue metal star and an electric Eden Pure heater were stolen, police said.

Police investigated a report of identity theft, involving credit cards, in the 300 block of East Ninth Street.

Members of the department responded to a report of credit card fraud in the 100 block of Jeffrey Lane.

A disturbance in the 1600 block of Newport Avenue was reported. Loud banging and screaming were said to be coming from an apartment, the department said.

A domestic dispute between a male and female occurred in the 1400 block of Railroad Street.

Officers investigated a checking account fraud case in the 1600 block of Newport Avenue.

An unwanted female in the 1400 block of Washington Avenue was reported.

In the unit block of East Seventh Street, a domestic dispute between a male and female took place.
