Salisbury Township Police Chief Allen W. Stiles accepts a non-alcoholic drink from Joy Howe, of Allentown and Jim Vaughn, of Macungie, both employees of television station Channel 69, at the 18th consecutive spirit-free mix-off sponsored by the Lehigh Valley Health Network and the Lehigh Valley DUI/Highway Safety Task Force Dec. 13. This year's tasting was held at the LVHN Cedar Crest campus.
