Catasauqua Community Thrift Shop, 113 Bridge St., will have a 50-percent-off sale on all Christmas items through Dec. 22.
Donations of used, clean clothing are gratefully accepted during store operation hours, which are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesdays and Saturdays. Proceeds from the shop are returned to the community through contributions that support youth and adult programs and services.

Presbyterian Church of Catasauqua, 210 Pine St., will be having its holiday services Christmas Eve, Dec. 24.
The early service starts 4 p.m. This is a special children’s worship featuring music by the youth choir. The traditional candlelight service starts 7:30 p.m. with special music by the senior choir and bells group.
