Catasauqua police responded to these and other calls recently.

DEC. 3

The post office on Second Street reported wind damage, the department said.

Dogs fighting in a home in the 400 block of Crane Street was reported. They were taken to a veterinary office.

Police investigated a harassment complaint in the 400 block of Walnut Street. The juveniles were counseled and released.

On West Race Street, an abandoned vehicle was tagged.

A vehicle in the 300 block of Mulberry Street was tagged, police said.

DEC. 4

A dispute between partners occurred in the 100 block of Wood Street.

A streetlight was out in the 500 block of Oak Street.

On Race Street, a utility pole was damaged.

Police said a problem between friends occurred in the 500 block of St. John Street.

At Catty Mart, 547 Front St., officers responded to a report of a suspicious person, who was located.

Police assisted Moore Township officers at Silver Manor, 2 Front St.

A report of an unwanted person in the 600 block of Third Street was investigated by police.

The department said an investigation is continuing for a theft that occurred at Catty Beverage, 18 W. Race St.

An abandoned vehicle was tagged in the 900 block of Lenape Circle.

DEC. 5

No-parking signs were issued in the 700 block of Front Street.

At Catasauqua Middle School, 850 Pine St., the school resource officer is continuing an investigation for a harassment case.

A dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend occurred in the 700 block of Railroad Street.

A reckless driver in the 800 block of Race Street was reported. Whitehall police were notified.

In the 100 block of Howertown Road, a vehicle was ticketed for being on private property.

DEC. 6

A vehicle was struck in the 100 block of Howertown Road.

An intoxicated person was transported from the 400 block of Faith Drive.

Police assisted task force personnel twice in the 400 block of Race Street.

The department received a noise complaint in the 700 block of Front Street.

DEC. 7

Police sought vehicle repossession information in the 700 block of Railroad Street.

In the 100 block of Front Street, a juvenile refused to go to school.

At Catasauqua Middle School, 850 Pine St., there was a juvenile issue at school, police said.

An 11-year-old female, of Catasauqua, was cited for disorderly conduct at Sheckler Elementary School, 201 N. 14th St.

No-parking signs were issued in the 400 block of Bridge Street.

Extra patrol was provided on 14th Street when the department received a report of a suspicious person.

An intoxicated person in the 100 block of Bridge Street was reported.

On Railroad Street, a rear window and windshield were damaged. Police investigated the criminal mischief.

DEC. 8

A vehicle struck a tree during a hit and run in the 400 block of Walnut Street.

A reportable motor vehicle accident occurred at Hartzell’s Pharmacy Inc., 300 American St. One vehicle hit the building, and two people were injured.

On Front Street, officers investigated a civil matter, which was referred to the magistrate for eviction.

Police responded to a harassment complaint in the 200 block of Race Street.

Members of the department conducted a welfare check on Second Street.

DEC. 9

A lost dog on Milton Street was reported to police. The dog was reunited with its owner.

On Mulberry Street, a vehicle was ticketed.

In the 700 block of Second Street, a ticket was issued.

Officers assisted Colonial Regional police in the 400 block of Race Street.

An intoxicated individual was transported home from the 400 block of Race Street.

A disturbance in the 100 block of Race Street was reported to the department.
