Residents and employees of Phoebe Terrace, Allentown, recently participated in a cookie baking contest.
The cookie baking champ was resident Jean Iobst with her peanut butter temptations, which were also a crowd favorite.
Second place went to Phoebe Terrace resident Katharine Borgmann with her boolean cookies, a traditional Austrian cookie.
Peter McConnell, publications coordinator with Phoebe Ministries, took home third place with his entry of cinnamon roll cookies.
Christine Bauder presented the winners their awards.
