Weisenberg Lutheran Church, 7645 Weisenberg Church Road, New Tripoli, will have a short program for Wreaths Across America at noon Dec. 15, rain or shine, followed by the laying of wreaths on the final resting places of 70 veterans in the cemetery.

There will be a short ceremony before placing of the wreaths on the 207 resting places.

Hope Community Church, 7974 Claussville Road, Fogelsville, is hosting a free “Drive Thru Nativity” 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 7 and 8; and Dec. 14 and 15.

Weisenberg Volunteer Fire Department, 2500 Golden Key Road, Kutztown, is selling pies until Dec. 11 with pickup on Dec. 20 at the station.
Raspberry custard, crumb pies, shoofly, pecan, apple, lemon sponge, cherry, pumpkin and peach are available.
Hoagies may be ordered until Dec. 18 with delivery Jan. 3, 2019, at the station. Italian, ham and cheese, turkey, roast beef and tuna are available.

Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus will be visiting the Weisenberg Fire Station 6-8 p.m. Dec. 14 and 1-3 p.m. Dec. 15.
Bring cameras and pets at take photos with Santa.
Candy canes, hot chocolate and cookies will be available.
Soup and baked goods will be for sale to benefit the fire station.

Weisenberg Lowhill Historical Society, 4585 Werleys Corner Road, New Tripoli, is having a Grischtdaag (Christmas) cookie and soup sale as well as other Christmas-themed goods 4-8 p.m. Dec. 7 and 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Dec. 8.
Quilt raffle tickets will be available for purchase on both days with the drawing 2 p.m. on Dec. 8.
Santa will visit, so bring cameras and pets, and take photos with Santa in the old sleigh. Lyon Creek Farm will sell wreaths, swags and cemetery logs and the store will be open for gift buying.
Light refreshments will be available for purchase. Bring a canned good or nonperishable item for the Christ’s Church at Lowhill Food Pantry.
