A 25-year-old female, of Frederick, Md., was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of marijuana after a traffic stop along Interstate 78 at Summit Lawn, Salisbury Township, 12:48 p.m. Oct. 16, according to Pennsylvania State Police, Fogelsville.
