On Nov. 10 and 11, St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church in Emmaus sponsored a basket social.
Participants purchased tickets which they placed in containers set before baskets throughout the room. The baskets were filled with items of all descriptions and participants enjoyed reviewing the contents, visiting with friends and neighbors and having a bite to eat as they made their choices.
As stated by St. Margaret’s ministerial leader, the Rev. Jane Arrington Bender, all proceeds from the event will be used in support of the “… mission and ministry of St. Margaret’s.”
