A domestic dispute between a male and female in the 800 block of Main Street took place.

In the 1400 block of Canal Street, officers responded to a report of a male trying to enter a locked, occupied vehicle.

The department received a report of a missing male in the 300 block of East 10th Street. The individual was located.

An inflatable dragon decoration was taken from a front yard in the 800 block of Main Street.

The tire of a legally parked vehicle was damaged in the 1500 block of Dewey Avenue.

OCT. 31

At West 27th Street and Frank Drive, a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident occurred. A legally parked vehicle was struck, causing damage to the driver-side mirror.
