An unknown actor forced entry through a back window of a residence in the 9500 block of Kings Highway South, Lower Milford Township, 10:04 p.m. Oct. 4 and removed several items valued at $1,400.

An unknown individual removed a purse from an unlocked vehicle in the 6600 block of Stein Way, Lower Macungie Township, 6:56 a.m. Sept. 10.

An unknown individual or group of individuals entered several unlocked vehicles in driveways at residences along Thistle Road and Fieldview Drive, Lower Macungie Township, and removed items Oct. 1. An unknown person broke a front passenger window of a vehicle parked along Medical Center Circle, Lower Macungie Township, between 6:30 and 8:18 p.m. Oct. 11 and removed two gym bags and one of the bags contained an Apple watch, according to the complainant. A neighborhood canvas for witnesses and review of surveillance video were conducted by police. An unknown individual entered several vehicles along Brighton Road and Stafford Drive, Lower Macungie Township, Oct. 1 and removed change, a wallet and a firearm, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A unknown person entered a vehicle in the 5900 block of Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 7:26 a.m. Oct. 3 and removed a diaper bag containing a breast pump and miscellaneous items. The bag and items were recovered and returned.

An unknown person broke the passenger side window of a vehicle parked in lot at Soldier Fit gym, 7150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, between 6:45 and 7 p.m. Oct. 15 and removed a purse and wallet. A 49-year-old female, of Breinigsville, reported a female driver in a white Honda passed her and threw a blunt object out of the car window, striking a door of the complainant’s vehicle while on Mill Creek Road near Uline Way, Lower Macungie Township, 9:15 a.m. Sept. 13.

A 58-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged with retail theft after she removed $52.98 worth of clothing from Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, Sept. 8, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 16-year-old female, of Bath, is charged with retail theft after she entered Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, Sept. 17 and removed several items by placing them in her backpack and exiting the store, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 20-year-old female, of Quakertown and Eric Rolando Marcial, 29, of Whitehall, allegedly removed $500 in merchandise from Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, Sept. 7. According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, the pair allegedly entered the store, placed merchandise in a backpack and left the store without paying for the merchandise.

A 19-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged with retail theft after he entered Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 5:45 p.m. Sept. 30, placed a wireless speaker in his pocket and tried to leave the store with it, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 46-year-old male, of Emmaus, was charged with retail theft after he walked out of Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 3:45 p.m. Oct. 16, with a JBL speaker without paying for the speaker, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

An unknown male entered Walgreens, 6379 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 12:03 p.m. Oct. 5 and removed a black Zebra Smart Scanner.

Unknown actors removed a Samsung television and a drill set and attempted to steal multiple miscellaneous items, totaling $1,503.67, from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, Oct. 9. The suspects fled from the store.

Anthony James Muniz, 25, Allentown, was taken into custody 12:24 a.m. Oct. 9 after he allegedly failed to stop his vehicle for a traffic stop by Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Muniz allegedly fled a traffic stop on Kressler Road at East Texas Road, Lower Macungie Township and crashed his vehicle in a grassy area at a PPL tower station. Muniz is charged with allegedly driving under suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, in possession of a small amount of marijuana and a large amount of U.S. currency, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 32-year-old male, of Macungie, is charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Stack Road, Lower Macungie Township, 6:18 p.m. Oct. 6.
