OCT. 1

A three-vehicle crash occurred in the 600 block of Race Street.

In the 500 block of Poplar Street, police assisted a citizen who fell.

Officers responded to a parking complaint in the 300 block of Church Street. A vehicle was parked on private property.

Daniel Haines, 38, of Catasauqua, was charged with simple assault, physical harassment and contact in the 500 block of Pine Street.

Police sought information regarding a case in the 300 block of Church Street.

No-parking signs were requested at Presbyterian Church of Catasauqua, 210 Pine St.

OCT. 2

In the 400 block of Race Street, police responded to a problem with a child.

A dispute between a father and son occurred in the 600 block of Fourth Street.

A custody issue brought officers to the 400 block of Race Street.

OCT. 3

An investigation is continuing for a burglary that occurred in the 800 block of Bath Avenue.

Police assisted a citizen who fell in the 500 block of Howertown Road.

An animal complaint in the 200 block of Faith Drive was reported. The dog was reunited with its owner.

A cable wire was down in the 100 block of Walnut Street. RCN was notified.

Police investigated a domestic offense against family in the 300 block of Church Street. The argument was resolved, the department said.

OCT. 4

At Apartments for the Elderly, 118 Bridge St., police investigated a scam phone call.

A three-vehicle crash occurred on Race Street.

Wires were down on Church Street, police said.

At Sheckler Elementary School, 201 N. 14th St., a juvenile issue occurred.

On Faith Drive, an issue with a juvenile brought police to the scene.

A juvenile was reported missing from Faith Drive, police said.

On Church Street, officers conducted a welfare check.

A 53-year-old male, of Bethlehem, was arrested for driving under the influence in the 800 block of Race Street.

OCT. 5

In the 700 block of Limestone Street, police investigated a report of a dog barking. The owner took it inside.

A two-vehicle hit and run took place in the 200 block of Wood Street.

At Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., a dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend occurred.

A vehicle was ticketed in the 400 block of Front Street.

In the 400 block of Race Street, a civil matter regarding custody was investigated.

Suspicious activity in the 500 block of Church Street was reported.

An abandoned vehicle at Suburban North Family YMCA, 880 Walnut St., was reported.

In the 800 block of Front Street, a hit and run occurred.

Officers investigated a custody issue in the 400 block of Race Street.

OCT. 7

On Front Street, police responded to a noise complaint. The individual(s) agreed to turn down the music.

Members of the department investigated criminal mischief in the 200 block of Church Street. A window was damaged on a garage.

A vehicle was ticketed in the 100 block of Front Street.

A problem with an ex-husband on Faith Drive was reported to police.

Police assisted another agency in the 100 block of Circle Drive.

A civil dispute occurred on Front Street, the department said.

In the 400 block of Front Street, a dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend occurred.

An investigation is continuing for a robbery that occurred on Front Street.

Officers sought information in the 700 block of Second Street for Whitehall police.

In the 500 block of Third Street, officers assisted Salisbury police.

Members of the department investigated a report of fraudulent checks in the 400 block of Race Street.

A vehicle was damaged in the 700 block of Fourth Street.

In the 600 block of Fourth Street, a windshield was damaged.

A vehicle was tagged in the 100 block of Railroad Street.

Officers investigated a missing person report at Whittier Place Apartments.

A problem with an ex-husband occurred in the 400 block of Front Street.

A lost or stolen purse on Front Street was reported to the department.

In the 500 block of Front Street, a security check was conducted.

An issue between a landlord and tenant took place in the 200 block of Front Street.

Police said an abandoned vehicle was tagged in the 400 block of Front Street.

On Bath Avenue, a dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend occurred.

Officers investigated a report of identify theft in the 600 block of Faith Drive. Police said an account was opened.

An investigation is continuing for a burglary that occurred in the 800 block of Faith Drive.

OCT. 10

Officers assisted North Catasauqua police with a search warrant in the 1100 block of American Street.

On Lehigh Street, a vehicle struck a deer.

An animal complaint on Faith Drive brought out police to investigate. Stray dogs were reunited with their owner, the report said.

In the 300 block of Church Street, individuals were arguing, the department said.
