A 32-year-old male, of Allentown, entered the vehicle of a resident of the 4500 block of Hess Circle, Lower Macungie Township, Aug. 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The male was discovered at the vehicle by the resident.

Three unknown individuals removed items from vehicles parked along Spring Ridge Drive West and Fresh Meadow Drive, Lower Macungie Township, overnight Aug. 23, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The individuals tried to open doors of several vehicles. Items were removed from those vehicles with unlocked doors.
Several residents in the 2000 block of Goldenrod Drive, Lower Macungie Township, reported items taken from unlocked vehicles overnight April 19, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. One resident reported a credit card was stolen from his unlocked vehicle and later used to make several online purchases. An unknown individual removed a box containing five antique items while the victim was loading items into his van at an antique toy show at Eyer Middle School, 5616 Buckeye Road, Lower Macungie Township, Aug. 4.
A warrant for a 36-year-old male, of Macungie, has been issued by Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville after the man reported he failed to receive $11,288.33 in checks from Fidelity Investments and his checks were cashed by an unknown individual. Police investigation revealed the man had received and cashed the checks. The man confessed to attempting to defraud and making false reports to police Sept. 18, 2017 and Dec. 6, 2017. The man faces related felony theft and false report charges. He failed to appear to face charges and a bench warrant was issued to take him into custody, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
An unknown individual removed a box truck between April 30 and May 3. The individual also took construction equipment and metals from the vehicle. The truck was located in the 4400 block of East Texas Road, Lower Macungie Township. The truck had damage to a side mirror when found.
An unknown individual removed $70 cash and a Social Security card from the wallet of a resident of Steeplechase Drive, Lower Macungie Township, Sept. 4.
A resident of Moonbeam Lane, Lower Macungie Township, reported the possible theft of an iPhone 6s, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville recently investigated the report of a Pennsylvania Instant Check System denial occurring during an attempt to purchase a firearm at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, Jan. 7. The actor attempted to purchase a firearm and was denied following the check.
A 29-year-old female, of Allentown, was taken into custody by loss prevention personnel after she was observed on store video surveillance removing items from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:22 p.m. Sept. 5. According to police, the woman used a self-checkout terminal and rang up and paid for only a few items. She placed and mixed unpaid items with paid items, concealed the items in a plastic shopping bag and placed them in her shopping cart. She then went through the point of sale with the unpaid items to the main entrance where she was stopped, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 59-year-old female, of York, is suspected of removing several price tags from children’s clothing and replacing the tags with clearance price tags from clothing not of the same brand at Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 1:09 p.m. Sept. 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police, Fogelsville. A sales associate found the removed tags in a dressing room. Loss prevention personnel also found clothing concealed in the woman’s purse.
A 49-year-old female, of Fleetwood, allegedly removed $90.60 worth of merchandise by concealing items in her purse and exiting Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 3:04 p.m. Sept. 22, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
An 18-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged with retail theft after she gathered merchandise in her shopping cart and passed through the last point of sale at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 8:25 p.m. Aug. 18.
Several individuals trespassed in the Four Seasons residential property, 7040 Farmington Drive, Lower Macungie Township and used the community pool and spa 11:35 p.m. Aug 6 and 11:40 p.m. Aug. 10, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Melissa Ann Ballas, 34, of Allentown, was charged with recklessly endangering another person and harassment after she allegedly pointed a gun at a 51-year-old male, of Malvern, while on Interstate 78 at Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 12:12 p.m. Aug. 28.
A 71-year-old resident, of Trexlertown, reported fraudulent activity on her bank account and related the loss of a wallet at Home Goods, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, Aug. 30. The victim lost $1,407.68.
