State Rep. Gary Day, R-187th, is sponsoring senior fairs in Lehigh and Berks counties.

The Upper Macungie Township Senior Fair, offered jointly with state Sen. Pat Browne, R-16th, will be 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 18, at Country Meadows, Building 4, at 410 North Krocks Road, Allentown.

In addition to information tables and representatives from local, state and federal governments, as well as private agencies, both events will include door prizes and free refreshments.

Free flu shots will be provided by Lehigh Valley Health Network, as well as free blood pressure checks.
