Coplay Public Library: Book, bake sale set for Oct. 12, 13 at Coplay library

Ready to fill your bookshelves? Coplay Public Library’s fall book and bake sale is 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Oct. 12 and 13.

We’re still accepting donations, so bring in any gently read books or those new books you just won’t get to. Unfortunately, we can’t accept encyclopedias, VHS tapes, Reader’s Digest condensed books or materials that smell smoky or musty, are water-damaged or are in poor condition.

For your own safety, we ask you bring your donations in while the library is open.

If you have any questions regarding the sale or if you would like to volunteer to bake, contact the library at 610-262-7351.

Reminder: Join us 11 a.m. each Thursday in October for storytime and crafts with Miss Veronica and Miss Cadie. Children of all ages are welcome.

No registration is required.

The library is collecting historical memorabilia to display for the Borough of Coplay’s 150th anniversary celebrations in 2019.

If you have any items you would like to be part of a display to be viewed by the community and visitors, talk to a staff member. Be assured that the item(s) will be treated with care and returned to you.

We just got a new multifunctional printer, and it’s been working like a dream!
