A 20-year-old male, of Allentown, was taken into custody for driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of alcohol after a traffic stop on Fish Hatchery Road at South Cedar Crest Boulevard, Salisbury Township, 2:53 a.m. Aug. 26, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
