Police received a report of individuals smoking marijuana 6:30 p.m. Sept. 10 in the 1100 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard.

Martin Dawson, 35, of Salisbury, was charged with prohibited offensive weapons, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct following an alleged incident at Franko Farm, 1301 Black River Road, 10:20 a.m. Sept. 2. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

A resident in the 900 block of East Rock Road reported 2:30 p.m. Sept. 3 an unknown person used the resident’s credit card at William Sonoma. The credit card was never stolen. The amount charged was $552.

A 49-year-old male, of Allentown, was given a summary citation for disorderly conduct 10:40 a.m. Sept. 5 following an incident at Ross Dress for Less, 3300 Lehigh St. The male allegedly caused a disturbance inside and outside of the store throwing a trash can and knocking over a large concrete trash can. He was taken to the hospital and then to Central Booking for processing.

A student reported being harassed via text message to the school resource officer at Salisbury High School 10:15 a.m. Sept. 5.

A resident in the 1100 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard reported selling an Apple MacBook Air online for $770. The purchaser used a fictitious PayPal account. Police are investigating.

A vendor at the South Mall Mercantile reported the theft of football jerseys 10:39 a.m. Sept. 10. The jerseys were valued at $950. Police are reviewing surveillance video footage.

A resident in the 1300 block of Tweed Avenue reported the theft of a mailbox and post 12:08 p.m. Sept. 10.

A resident in the 300 block of East Emmaus Avenue reported 3:26 p.m. Sept. 12, an unknown person went through a vehicle on the property. A Garmin speaker was removed valued at $150. Police are currently reviewing surveillance video footage.

Timothy Gaugler, 60, of Salisbury, was charged with simple assault and harassment following an alleged incident in the 800 block of Weil Street 3:29 p.m. Sept. 11. Gaugler was transported to Central Booking for processing.

A 20-year-old male, of Salisbury, was charged with public drunkenness 4:13 p.m. Sept. 11. The male was walking in the roadway in the 300 block of East Rock Road with an open container of alcohol. He was given a summary citation and transported home.

A resident in the 2300 block of Cypress Avenue reported 6:50 a.m. Sept. 12, an unknown person went through a vehicle on the property. Nothing was taken.
