A resident in the 500 block of East Federal Street reported 2:14 p.m. Aug. 23, the theft of backyard games and children’s toys valued at $50.
Wendy’s, 3390 Lehigh St., reported the theft of $299.38 from the cash register, 4:45 p.m. Aug. 29. Police are investigating.
Residents in the 1600 block of Cardinal Drive reported the theft of a red Honda LX200 all-terrain vehicle from the home 11:20 p.m. Aug. 29. Police are investigating.
A 40-year-old male, of Bethlehem, will be charged with driving while under the influence following an incident 3:22 a.m. Aug. 24 along South Pike Avenue. He will be taken to Central Booking for processing.
A resident in the 1600 block of Cardinal Drive reported 9:28 a.m. Aug. 24, sometime overnight, unlocked vehicles in the driveway were entered by an unknown person. Two Garmin GPS units and $40 was removed.
A resident in the 600 block of East Federal Street reported to police 9:42 a.m. Aug. 25, an unknown person used the resident’s bank card three times. The credit card has been canceled.
Affinity Truck and Auto Sales, 3101 Lehigh St., reported the theft of a vehicle 3:45 p.m. Aug. 27. The suspect gave a deposit and said he wanted to take the gray 2002 Cadillac Escalade for a test for the weekend and never returned. The theft is being handled by the Auto Theft Task Force.
Joshua Garcia, 32, of Allentown, was charged with unauthorized use of a credit card, theft by deception and receiving stolen property following the report of a stolen credit card April 13. The card was allegedly used at Maingate and Walmart.
