Summer’s heat is still upon us but we’re soon putting the kids back on the school buses

Watch for new bus stops and little ones crossing the street.

Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, 1343 Long Lane Road, Krumsville, is accepting orders for its sausage sandwich sale 4-7 p.m. Sept. 7. Meal includes sandwich, chips and beverage. Eat in or take out is available.

Preorders are needed by Sept. 3. Walk-in customers are also welcome.

Ebenezer UCC, New Tripoli, will have its annual Rally Day breakfast 9-10 a.m. Sept. 9 in fellowship hall.

There will be a hot breakfast for all to enjoy.

Sunday School classes for all ages will begin 9 a.m. Sept. 16.

Ebenezer’s Clothing Closet will be open from 6-8 p.m. Sept. 9 and from 10 a.m. to noon Sept. 11.

There are clothes for the entire family. Proof of need is not required.
