Gerald Earl Moyer Jr., 49, of Emmaus was arrested July 6 at Sixth and Elm streets for allegedly driving under the influence, driving while under suspension and careless driving after he allegedly struck a parked car, according to Emmaus police. Moyer was transported to Lehigh County DUI Center and processed.
Daniel Barry Bortz, 56, of Emmaus, was arrested Aug. 3 for alleged sale or transfer of a firearm and unsworn falsifications after he allegedly attempted to purchase a firearm and falsified documents to obtain the firearm, according to Emmaus police.
An 18-year-old male, of Macungie, was arrested July 11 for defiant trespass after he was twice removed from a property by police and ordered not to return, according to Emmaus police.
