A resident in the 800 block of East Paoli Street reported 1 p.m. July 20, an unknown person threw eggs on the deck of the home and chocolate on the lawn. A neighbor also reports eggs in the pool and said this has been going on for quite some time in the neighborhood.

Police were called to the 1200 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard 9:28 a.m. July 23 for the report of two drivers arguing over a parking spot. There were no arrests.

A resident in the 1100 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard reported 2:42 p.m. July 20, receiving a call from a credit card company stating the resident was the victim of fraud. The resident was sent a check to deposit but the funds were frozen.

A resident in the 1700 block of High Ridge Road reported being contacted via social media by someone he thought was a friend, asking for Google Play cards. The resident purchased cards in the amount of $500 and then realized it was a fraudulent request. The fraud was reported to police 2:30 p.m. July 26.

Police were called to Cardinal Drive for the report of pieces of a boat dumped along the road. Detectives determined who the boat belonged to and notified the person to remove the parts or they would be fined. The pieces were removed immediately.

An unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle in the 1600 block of Broadway and rummaged through the vehicle. Nothing was removed. The incident was reported 5:20 p.m. July 30.

An unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle in the 1700 block of South Albert Street and rummaged through the vehicle. Nothing was removed. The incident was reported 5:34 a.m. July 31.

Police found four unlocked vehicles in the 1700 block of South Albert Street which had been rummaged through 5:34 a.m. July 31.

An unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle in the 600 block of Scholl Avenue and removed a GPS unit. The incident was reported 8:42 a.m. July 30.

An unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle in the 600 block of Scholl Avenue and removed $42, a driver’s license and a Social Security card.

An unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle in the 1700 block of South Albert Street and removed change. The incident was reported 7:35 a.m. July 31.

An unknown person entered a vehicle in the 1700 block of South Albert Street and removed $200, two toolboxes and a work bag containing a drill and saw. The incident was reported 10:27 p.m. July 31.

Wallace Jones Jr., 32, of Allentown, was charged with suspicion of driving while under the influence, allegedly endangering the welfare of children and general lighting requirements following an alleged traffic stop in the 1600 block of East Susquehanna Street 1:50 a.m. July 29. There were allegedly four other occupants in the vehicle, including a 9-year-old child. Jones was taken to Central Booking for processing.

A license plate was reported stolen from a vehicle at Scott Chevrolet, 3333 Lehigh St., 2:30 p.m. July 27.

An unknown person broke the window of a vehicle parked at Sheffield Square Apartments, 1713 S. Albert St. The vehicle alarm sounded and the unknown person left. The incident was reported to police 10:47 a.m. July 28.

A resident reported an unknown person entered a vehicle in the 600 block of Crestline Avenue. Nothing was taken and there was no damage. The incident was reported noon Aug. 1.
