Ian Ernest Ortega-Otero, 25, of Bethlehem, is suspected of possession of a small amount of marijuana after a traffic stop on Interstate 78 at mile marker 56.7, Salisbury Township, 11:44 a.m. July 4, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
