Sean Sarkar, 32, of Weehawken, N.J., is suspected of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop along West Main Street at West End Trail, Macungie, 12:43 a.m. July 4, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Marvin A. Scille, 32, of Allentown, is suspected of driving under the influence after an alleged hit and run traffic accident along Hidden Valley Road at Minesite Road, Lower Macungie Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Scille allegedly was eastbound on Hidden Valley Road, 3:37 a.m. July 12 when his vehicle struck a street sign before entering a cornfield on Minesite Road. Scille then allegedly fled the scene and parked in a parking stall at a convenience store in the 4900 block of Hamilton Boulevard.

No injuries were reported.

The vehicle, a 1989 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck, was driven from the scene and released to the registered owner.

Jose Orlando Garayalde-Rodriguez, 28, of Allentown, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol and marijuana after a traffic stop on Lower Macungie Road at Wild Cherry Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 1:35 a.m. June 16, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
