Iris Elsie Phil and Karen DePoe, of Lower Macungie Township, are excited to announce the birth of their second daughter, Iris Elsie, who was born 1:41 p.m. May 23, 2018. She is a sister to Violet Jean, who was born Oct. 5, 2016. The proud grandparents are Dr. Glenn and Becky Short, of Lower Macungie Township, Scott and Linda DePoe, of York, and Steve and Laura Siegel, of York.
