A borough ordinance was violated at Canal Street Park. The report said four people were cited for violating no-alcohol and no-swimming restrictions.

JULY 17

Police investigated a reportable accident at Main Street and Laubach Avenue involving two vehicles.

A hit and run occurred in the 100 block of West 17th Street. The report said a legally parked vehicle was struck, damaging the driver-side mirror and rear-side window. A mirror from a Mitsubishi was found at the scene.

The department received a report of a domestic dispute that occurred between a male and female in the 1700 block of Line Alley.
