Storytime and crafts with Miss Veronica will be “Let’s Move” July 26 and “Let’s Sing” Aug. 2. Both programs are 3-4 p.m.

Our summer music-themed weeks are going strong. The theme for July 30 is musicals and soundtracks, and Aug. 6 will be British rock, a tribute to our friends across the pond.

Game night will be 5-7 p.m. July 30. Try your luck on a new game, or pick up pointers from the Scrabble experts.

Our Wednesday programs for kids and teens will continue 6-7 p.m. throughout August.

The kids’ program will be “Nature’s Choir” Aug. 1 and “Rhythm, Rhyme & Repeat” Aug. 15.

The teen programs “Change Is Gonna Come” is set for Aug. 8, and “Sound-Body and Mind” is Aug. 22.

Don’t forget our free music movie Mondays. From 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Aug. 6, it will be “Sing,” and 4:30-7 p.m. Aug. 20 will be “Mary Poppins.”

Tickets are on sale for our basket raffle. There are 35 movies, snacks and extra items.

You must be 18 or older to participate. All proceeds will benefit the Summer Quest program.

The drawing will be Aug. 18.

The library is currently collecting donations for Coplay Food Bank. Items may be dropped off at the library during open hours. We cannot accept any expired items.

The library is collecting historical memorabilia to display for the Borough of Coplay’s 150th anniversary celebrations in 2019.
