STATE POLICE
Two unknown male individuals entered Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:44 p.m. June 14 and each concealed one pack of Pokemon cards in their pants pockets. When loss prevention personnel attempted to stop them, the males fled across the parking lot, placing the stolen items near a trash can in the lot. The individuals fled west on Hamilton Boulevard.
Both males are described as in their late teens to early 20s. One was wearing a hat with a green and black Batman logo, a shirt displaying a picture of a dog’s face and white and blue plaid shorts. He also had long black hair, according to police. The second male was wearing a red shirt, tan cargo shorts and gray shoes. Surveillance footage shows both men went to the Rite Aid pharmacy on Hamilton Boulevard, however, positive identification of the males was not made.

Denelle Jovaunte Fotherill, 22, of Breinigsville and a 20-year-old female, of Allentown, were charged with retail theft after they allegedly attempted to remove merchandise from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5:43 p.m. July 3, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
George N. Awad, 31, of Allentown, is suspected of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop on State Route 222 in the area of Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:50 p.m. June 14, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
An unknown individual damaged a garage door in the 6600 block of Pioneer Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 10 p.m. July 6.
A 43-year-old Emmaus woman was hurt when her vehicle struck a utility pole and a road sign before rolling over in a one-vehicle accident on Route 100, Upper Milford Township, 12:51 p.m. July 6.
According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, the driver was traveling north in the right lane when the vehicle went off the road before striking a pole. The vehicle continued northbound while rotating and struck a road sign. The vehicle then rolled over coming to its final rest facing east and on the driver’s side.
The driver was taken to Lehigh Valley Health Network by Macungie EMS.
The vehicle was towed from the scene by Mechanics Plus.
The driver was cited for careless driving.
Upper Milford and Emmaus fire crews, and PP&L personnel also responded.
An Alburtis male, 17, escaped injury after his vehicle struck a tree, a boulder, a ditch and a mailbox in an accident along Saint Peters Road, Upper Milford Township, 1:36 p.m. July 3.
According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, the driver was westbound on Saint Peters Road when he fell asleep while driving. The vehicle crossed over the center line and into the opposite lane of traffic.
The vehicle continued off the road and struck a tree and large boulder on the left shoulder of the road. The vehicle then continued into a ditch and struck a mailbox in the 5700 block of Saint Peters Road.
The vehicle was towed from the scene.
An unknown person removed items from Hobby Lobby, 7150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, June 30, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A green bicycle was removed from the front porch of residence in the 1000 block of Pine Grove, Lower Macungie Township, overnight June 23, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 15-year-old male was charged with simple assault after an argument with another teen at a location on Goldenrod Drive, Lower Macungie Township, escalated into a fight June 5. The 15-year-old male struck the other teen multiple times with a closed fist resulting in injuries, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Gerald Luis Rodriguez, 35, of Allentown, is suspected of making terroristic threats after an incident June 11 in the 1000 block of Quarry Road, Lower Macungie Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
An unknown individual gained access to the banking information of a 49-year-old resident of the 6000 block of Eli Circle, Lower Macungie Township, and made several online purchases July 12. The purchases were stopped mid-shipment, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
