A resident in the 2000 block of South Bradford Street reported firework residue all over a vehicle 7:45 p.m. July 5.
Cynthia Long, 61, of Allentown, was charged with theft by deception and receiving stolen property following multiple transactions at AT&T Wireless, 3384 Lehigh St., 1:16 p.m. July 6. Police were called to a fraud in progress where Long was allegedly buying phones with false credit cards and false information. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Police were dispatched to the 1300 block of Fretz Avenue for an overdose 1:40 p.m. July 7. EMS personnel administered Narcan and the patient was taken to the hospital for further treatment.
Police were called to Victoria’s Secret, 3300 Lehigh St., 2:04 p.m. July 10 for the report of a theft. Unknown persons removed 200 to 300 pairs of women’s panties from the store at approximately 1 p.m. The panties are valued at $3,300.
A resident in the 1800 block of Nottingham Road reported 4:04 p.m. July 10, the theft of two checks from his mailbox. One check was for $508.42 and one was for $300. The resident did not know they were stolen until receiving notice from the vendors about outstanding balances.
