Shanice Rochell Maxwell, 25, of Northampton, was arrested June 9 for allegedly driving under the influence and failure to drive within her lane after a traffic stop at Cedar Crest Boulevard and Chestnut Street, according to police. Maxwell was transported to Lehigh County DUI Center and processed.

Wilfredo Rivera, 56, of Bethlehem, was arrested June 10 for allegedly driving under the influence, obedience to traffic control devices and failure to drive within his lane after a traffic stop in the 300 block of East Main Street, according to police. Rivera was transported to Lehigh County DUI Center and processed.

Khalil Anthony Tomlinson, 24, of Allentown, was arrested June 11 for allegedly driving under the influence, reckless driving, obedience to traffic control devices and possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop in the 300 block of State Road, according to police. Tomlinson was transported to Lehigh County DUI Center and processed.

Douglas Michael Durin, 55, of Middletown, Del., was arrested June 23 for driving under the influence and failure to drive on the right side of the roadway after a traffic stop in the 200 block of Elm Street. Durin was transported to Lehigh County DUI Center and processed.

An unknown individual removed a backpack containing a cellphone and clothing valued at $880 from Emmaus Community Pool, 1401 Shimerville Road, according to police. The theft was reported July 1.
