Celebrate bubble gum and pop music with us the rest of the week. We’ll be listening to The Monkees, David Cassidy and Bobby Sherman, among many others.

We will be highlighting female artists the week of July 16, male artists the week of July 23 and movie musicals and soundtracks the week of July 30.

Join us at Samuel Owens Restaurant, 128 Chestnut St., Coplay, July 18 for a fundraiser. Samuel Owens will donate 10 percent of your check to the library. You can eat-in, take-out or call for delivery. Stop by the library to pick up your voucher and show it to your server or delivery driver.

Lehigh Valley Conservation District will be at the library 1-2 p.m. July 19 for Buckets Full of Nature: Fossils Rock!

Don’t forget our free music movie Mondays, held 5-7 p.m. We will be showing “Mamma Mia!” July 23.

We will present a program for children called Collaborative Music 6 p.m. July 25.

During July, the library will be collecting donations for Coplay Food Bank.

Tickets are on sale for our Summer Extravaganza basket raffle. You must be 18 or older to participate. The drawing will be August 18.

Our summer hours are noon-7 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Fridays and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturdays.
