Week three has come to an end at Camp Jefferson. It was filled with smiles and laughter. The theme for the week was “America” because of the Fourth of July holiday.

Last week, we had great weather, so all the campers enjoyed splashing around in the Jefferson Street Pool.

Every week, we enjoy a fun-filled field trip. Last week included laser tag at Lehigh Valley Laser Tag, where the kids played in the two-floor jungle gym of an extreme laser tag course. Everyone enjoyed hiding around platforms and shooting lasers at their fellow campers. We cannot wait to return next year!

Along with all the fun and entertaining games we played, we also created our own ice cream July 5. The children at Camp Jefferson mixed all the ingredients together and created their vanilla masterpiece that the campers enjoyed with lunch as a sweet treat!

We ended the week awarding two campers with the Camper of the Week award - Elizabeth H. and Jacob K. - for showing tremendous work and always following the rules. At Camp Whitehall, counselors and campers follow what is expected of each one of them.
