Hillman to head Bethlehem Christian

Bethlehem Christian School has named the new Head of School Dr. Brenda Hillman, effective July 1. She will focus on managing growth, mentoring faculty, long-range planning and increasing public awareness.

Formerly the school administrator of Iowa Christian Academy, Des Moines, Iowa, she was also a school administrator of Iowa Christian Academy and prior to that, was in administrative roles at Shannon Forest Christian School. Prior to her time in Christian education, Dr. Hillman had 16 years of coaching and teaching experience at the collegiate level.

Dr. Hillman earned a doctorate in education, a master of education and a bachelor of science in physical education and health degrees.
