State Police Troop M, Fogelsville, say Nelson Perez, 51, of Whitehall, and a 30-year-old Neffs man were allegedly involved in an argument about landscaping that turned physical at 3:13 p.m. June 26 at 3439 Weidasville Road, Lowhill.

Police allege Perez took a shovel and struck the Neffs man in the head causing a laceration and unconsciousness.

State Police Troop M, Bethlehem, say Ryan Allen Yenser, 28, of Emerald, allegedly stole a plant 11 p.m. May 16 from Jennifer Lauren Gerczak’s yard, Main Street, Washington Township.

State Police Troop M, Bethlehem, say a 47-year-old Andreas woman reported several items were stolen 11:39 p.m. June 12 from a locked home in the 8300 block of Rextown Road, Washington Township

The items included a wooden antique gun cabinet and wooden rocking horse. Police say a dark in color pickup truck was seen in the area. Anyone with information should contact police at 610-861-2026 and refer to PA2018-667792.
