With some serious heat and humidity.

You’ve heard it before, but it bears repeating-please hydrate with nonalcoholic cool beverages (about 2 cups of water per hour).

Avoid strenuous outdoor work at the peak of the day and make sure your vehicle has the proper amount of coolant.

Check on your neighbor and make sure they have enough water and decent air conditioning.
