BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF ALLENTOWN has youth opportunities for volunteers age 14 and over to assist program staff with the delivery of summer programs and activities – educational, arts, sports, recreation, lunches and snacks, etc. during the nine week summer program now through Aug. 17. EASTERN PA DOWN SYNDROME CENTER, Trexlertown, is supporting the “I Can Shine Bike Camp” at Easton High School July 16 to 20. Volunteers are needed to be “spotters” for individuals with various disabilities as they learn how to ride a conventional two wheel bike. FEED THE CHILDREN, Bethlehem, needs volunteers to help with Box Brigade Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings to help pack food and hygiene boxes for children and families in need. Help is needed 9 a.m. to noon July 14, 5 to 8 p.m. Aug. 9, 9 a.m. to noon Sept. 8, 5 to 8 p.m. Oct. 11, 9 a.m. to noon Nov. 10 and 5 to 8 p.m. Dec. 13.
