Michael Shawn Horst, 37, of Bethel, is charged with fleeing or attempting to elude police after he allegedly fled the scene of a traffic stop on Cedar Crest Boulevard in the area of Fish Hatchery Road, Salisbury Township, 2:55 a.m. June 17, prompting a pursuit, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
