Capt. Jeffrey M. Andrews has retired from the U.S. Navy after serving honorably for 30 years.

Andrews, a 1982 graduate of Emmaus High School, last served as commanding officer with Navy Medicine Professional Development Center, Naval Support Activity, Bethesda, Md.
