Last week, our Cementon campers joined their friends over at Camp Jefferson! On Monday, our campers started off the morning with free time and then had a Four Square tournament. Around the afternoon time, the little campers ate their lunches and later enjoyed a hot day splashing at the pool.
On Tuesday, the morning started off with free time; then, the kids played a competitive game of Jump the River and Spud. Shortly after that, the campers put their speed to the test and enjoyed a game of Fastest in the West. After lunch time, the campers had fun with a game of Four Square before the pool and then enjoyed swimming for the remainder of the day.
Wednesday was a field trip day for Camp Cementon, where our campers headed over to Reading to enjoy the museum and planetarium. The kids got to explore the wonders of the galaxy, which seemed to have them very amused.
As Thursday rolled around, the weather was a little bit unsteady, so the campers started off the day with free time and then decorated flower pots with their friends. Shortly after that, Human Pinball and Four Corners were played, which seemed to really put a smile on the campers’ faces. After lunch time, the nice day was enjoyed at the pool.
Friday was an enjoyable day at camp with games of Pac-Man on the basketball courts and Night at the Museum. The campers made their way over to the pool later in the afternoon to enjoy a hot and steamy day.
Congratulations to our Campers of the Week, Luke and Kylie. Way to go!
