Wildlands Conservancy, 3701 Orchid Place, Emmaus, has a number of opportunities for children and families to participate in during the month of July. A day camp on wildlife is scheduled for 9 a.m.-4 p.m. July 2 at Wayne Grube Park. There is no charge; the program is underwritten by Northampton County Parks.
Campers will explore the park and learn about ornithology, herpetology, entomology or mammalogy. Live animals, games and crafts are part of the fun.
Tubing Tuesday is scheduled for 6-7:30 p.m. July 3 at Pool Wildlife Sanctuary. Join Wildlands for a series of fun floats down the Little Lehigh Creek through Pool Wildlife Sanctuary. Glide over the fish and between the ducks on this delightfully cool family fun adventure.
All events can be found at wildlandspa.org or by calling 610-965-4397.
