Historic Catasauqua Preservation Association will host an open house 9 a.m.-noon July 1 and July 4 at the Biery House, 8 Race St.

There will be a private collection of Catasauqua memorabilia on display.

Catasauqua Community Thrift Shop, 113 Bridge St., is open 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesdays and Saturdays.

You are welcome to stop by for the store’s weekly specials. There will be a half-price sale on a different type of clothing each week.

Donations of clean, used clothing are gratefully accepted during store operation hours.

Proceeds from the shop are returned to the community through contributions that support youth and adult programs and services.
