BASD: 2018 Retirees

The 2018 Bethlehem Area School District retirees, from all areas of employment, were honored at a ceremony held June 13 at Northeast Middle School. Nitsachmann: New cycling program

The Specialized Foundation announced that Nitschmann MS was selected to receive a grant to begin the Riding for Focus cycling program for the 2018-2019 school year.

The Riding for Focus curriculum integrates cycling into physical education classes as a way to help students achieve academic, health, and social success.

Along with the curriculum, NMS will have the use of a fleet of bikes, a starter maintenance kit and helmets with which to start the program.
