An unknown individual removed a black Jetson hoverboard from a residence in the 3500 block of Knerr Drive, Lower Macungie Township, between May 1 and June 14, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The individual may have entered the residence through an open garage door or an unlocked door connected to the garage area.

A resident of the 4000 block of Lisa Lane, Lower Macungie Township, reported April 30 an actor obtained her credit card information and made $15,000 worth of online purchases. There was no monetary loss to the resident.

An unknown person entered Costco, 791 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township and removed a laptop computer from its box May 19.

A female, of Macungie, entered Weis Markets, 3369 Route 100, Lower Macungie Township and filled a shopping cart with groceries with a total value of $345.86. Her card was declined at checkout and she left the cart and exited Weis. She soon returned to the store, took the loaded cart of groceries and fled, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 55-year-old man, of Gilbertsville, was charged with summary harassment after he allegedly left an inappropriate business review for a business in the 5200 block of Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 3:54 a.m. May 5 after being instructed by law enforcement to have no communication with a person at the business, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 54-year-old female, of Macungie, allegedly struck a 62-year-old female in an incident at the Alburtis Rod and Gun Club, 3818 Gun Club Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5:45 p.m. May 20.

A 62-year-old female, of Emmaus, allegedly shoved a 56-year-old female, of Long Beach, Miss., in an incident on Chestnut Street, south of Buckeye Road, 1:39 p.m. May 13.

A safe, containing a large quantity of money and a firearm, was removed from a residence in the 8200 block of School House Lane, Lower Milford Township, 8:54 p.m. May 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The money was later recovered on the property.

Unknown actors entered vehicles in the 1700 block of Pinewind Drive, Lower Macungie Township and removed several items overnight April 17. The items were valued at $525.

A registration plate was removed from a vehicle at Enviro-Air Tech Inc., 1000 Natalie Lane, Upper Milford Township, between April 13 and 18. The missing registration is PA XKS 7457, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

An unknown actor removed a laptop and approximately $50 from a residence in the 6500 block of Pioneer Drive, Lower Macungie Township, between April 9 and 11, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

An unknown actor removed two Husqvarna chainsaws from an open shed on the property of a residence in the 1500 block of Little Lehigh Drive, Lower Macungie Township, overnight May 3.

Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville conducted a sobriety checkpoint between 10 p.m. May 5 and 3 a.m. May 6 along Buckeye Road, Upper Milford Township. The checkpoint resulted in 122 motorists contacted, six DUI arrests, one drug arrest and six summary traffic citations. The goal of sobriety checkpoints is to reduce the number of alcohol and drug related fatal and serious crashes and reduce the number of intoxicated drivers on state highways.

An 18-year-old driver, of Emmaus, was slightly injured when the vehicle he was driving fell onto its side in the 5400 block of Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:17 p.m. May 21. According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, the driver was eastbound when he attempted to pass a mail delivery truck. Another driver was exiting a driveway and the Emmaus male attempted to slow his vehicle and lost control. The driver sustained injuries and cuts and was treated at the scene by Macungie EMS. The driver refused further treatment, according to police.

An 18-year-old passenger, of Allentown, was injured when the vehicle in which she was riding was struck by a vehicle involved in a chase with state police troopers near Walmart in Lower Macungie Township, 4:52 p.m. May 22.

According to a media release provided by Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, a 54-year-old male, of North Carolina, was traveling westbound leaving Walmart in an attempt to flee from state police while a police vehicle was behind him with lights and sirens activated. The driver failed to stop at a posted stop sign at the intersection of the Walmart traffic way with Mill Creek Road and traveled through the northbound lane and directly into the path of the vehicle in which the woman was a passenger. The vehicles collided causing both vehicles to spin out of control. The passenger suffered injuries to her leg, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Neither driver was injured.
