Amanda Joy Beers, 36, of Emmaus, was charged May 24 with sale of a firearm and unsworn falsification after she allegedly attempted to purchase a firearm at Xtreme Gun Worx firearms shop, 570 Chestnut St., while she was not legally permitted to own or purchase a firearm, according to police. Beers was transported to Lehigh County Central Booking center, according to police.
Zachary Robert Smith, 31, of Emmaus, was arrested May 11 for suspicion of driving under the influence, careless driving, failure to drive on the right side of the roadway and failure to drive within the lane in the 500 block of State Avenue. Smith was transported to Lehigh County Central Booking center, according to police.
Megan Lorraine Kobel, 25, of Easton, was arrested May 11 for suspicion of driving under the influence and failure to drive within the lane in the 900 block of Chestnut Street. Kobel was transported to Lehigh County Central Booking center, according to police.
Isaac Samuel Santana, 31, of Bethlehem, was arrested May 20 for allegedly driving under the influence, failure to drive within the lane and obedience to traffic control signals in the 200 block of Main Street according to police. He was transported to Lehigh County Central Booking center.
Madelin Hernandez, 30, of Macungie, was arrested May 14 for allegedly driving under the influence and following too closely in the 300 block of Main Street according to police. Hernandez was transported to the Lehigh County DUI center.
Angela Maria Feather, 28, of Allentown, was charged May 22 with allegedly receiving stolen property, according to police.
An 18-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested May 23 for theft from a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident in the 600 block of Berger Street, according to Emmaus police. He was transported to Lehigh County Central Booking center, according to police.
Jaime Dee Cruz, 33, of Allentown, was arrested May 18 for alleged possession of marijuana, driving under suspension and an expired registration at North Street and Cedar Crest Boulevard, according to police.
A 19-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested May 14 for disorderly conduct after he allegedly threw fireworks at pedestrians in the 500 block of Chestnut Street, according to police.
